Returns and Refunds
All JCRX2 sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Our products are 3D printed to order and made specifically for each customer's order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong option or color, or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted.
Please review your product selection, options, color choices, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order ships, the sale is final and the order is not eligible for return or exchange.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law
Shipping & Processing
Made to order, not sitting on a shelf.
JCRX2 products are 3D printed to order. Processing time can vary depending on current order volume, the size of your order, and our production capacity.
We work through orders as quickly as possible while giving each piece the time and attention it needs to be properly printed, processed, inspected, packaged, and shipped.
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production and has been shipped. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are outside of JCRX2's control.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. JCRX2 is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Need your order by a specific date?
If you have a deadline or need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order. Rush requests may be accommodated depending on current production capacity and order volume and may be subject to an additional fee.

Product Use & Responsibility
Once your JCRX2 order has been delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you.
JCRX2 products are intended for decorative display and collectible use. Customers are responsible for the proper handling, assembly, placement, storage, and use of their products after delivery.
JCRX2 is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from accidental drops or falls, improper handling, misuse, modification, improper assembly or installation, exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight, or damage occurring after delivery.
Do not use a product that has been broken or damaged. Damaged 3D-printed pieces may have sharp edges or small fragments.
By purchasing a JCRX2 product, you acknowledge responsibility for the product after delivery and agree to release and hold JCRX2 harmless from claims arising from your use, handling, storage, modification, or damage to the product, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Custom Colors & Custom Orders
Looking for something a little different?
Some JCRX2 products are available in custom colors outside of our standard color options. Custom colors may be available for an additional fee, depending on the product and the color requested.
If you're interested in a custom color, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and pricing.
Custom colors may vary slightly from a customer's reference image or color sample due to differences in filament, materials, lighting, and printing. We will do our best to achieve the requested color, but an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.
Custom orders and custom-color products are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For custom-designed pieces or projects that are not currently offered on our website, please contact us with your idea. Custom projects are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional design, setup, material, and production fees.
Color Disclaimer
Please note: Colors may appear slightly different in photographs and on your screen due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings. While we do our best to accurately represent our products and colors, slight variations may occur between the product shown in a photo and the actual printed item.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All original JCRX2 designs, files, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original creative materials are the property of Jameson Roderick & Jamie Henson dba JCRX2 and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Purchasing a JCRX2 product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or copyright. JCRX2 designs may not be copied, reproduced, recreated, modified for reproduction, or commercially manufactured without prior written permission.
Physical products purchased from JCRX2 are yours to enjoy, display, and use as intended. This policy applies to reproducing or manufacturing the designs themselves, not to your ownership of the physical product you purchased.
Digital STL files, when offered, are subject to the specific license terms provided with that purchase.
